AirAsia Indonesia enforces a thorough Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy to ensure all employees, Board of Directors, and Board of Commissioners uphold the company's required standards of integrity and good business ethics.

AirAsia Indonesia commits to Zero Tolerance of any form of bribery and corruption.

Legal Basis

Our policy refers to AirAsia Group’s Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy, which was last revised on 1 July 2023.

Enforcement

The Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy applies to all employees, Board of Directors, and Board of Commissioners of the Company.

This commitment of Anti Bribery and Anti Corruption also applies to evaluate the prospective contractors, sub-contractors, agents, representatives, and other third parties that engage in commercial agreement with any entity within the AirAsia Group.

Prevention

All Company’s employees, Board of Directors, and Board of Commissioners must clearly understand the Policy and participate to ensure its comprehensive compliance.

As continuous prevention against bribery and corruption, the Company conducts awareness programmes of this Policy to all employees, Board of Directors, and Board of Commissioners of the Company.

Sanctions

All Company’s employees, Board of Directors, and Board of Commissioners found to have committed a non-compliance related to Anti Bribery and Anti Corruption Policy will be dealt with internal disciplinary procedures in place, in addition to punishment prescribed under the prevailing law and regulations.
