Anti Bribery & Anti Corruption Policy


The Company has established an Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy, which was last revised on July 1, 2023. This revision ensures that the Company’s implemented policies align with the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009 (Amendment 2018) (MACCA) and all relevant laws and regulations governing its business and operations. The enforcement of this policy aims to encourage all employees to uphold high standards of integrity and ethical business conduct.

Through the amendment of the Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy, the Company, as part of the AirAsia Group, reinforces its commitment to regulatory compliance, particularly in matters related to corruption, collusion, and nepotism (KKN). This policy is mandatory for every Allstars, who are required to actively participate in ensuring full compliance. The Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy has also been integrated into the Company’s Code of Conduct to embed anti-corruption and anti-bribery efforts into all activities carried out by the Allstars.

The Company is committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity and business ethics through the implementation of the Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy. This policy strictly prohibits all forms of bribery, whether direct or indirect, as well as other corrupt practices that could undermine transparency and accountability. The policy applies to the Allstars, including employees, the Board of Directors, the Board of Commissioners, and third parties such as business partners, contractors, and suppliers engaged in cooperation with the Company

Enforcement of Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy

The Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy applies to the Board of Commissioners, the Board of Directors, and all employees within the AirAsia Group and its affiliates. This policy also serves as the Company’s due diligence standard when selecting contractors, subcontractors, agents, representatives, and other parties engaged in commercial agreements with any entity within the AirAsia Group.

The Company consistently ensures the effective implementation of this policy by regularly monitoring and auditing it and updating it in line with compliance measures. In the event of a violation of this policy, the Company will impose strict sanctions, including substantial fines and imprisonment, in accordance with applicable regulations.
